If we learned anything from the recent hurricanes we certainly learned that chaos will make landfall nearly as fast as the storm. Insurance companies struggled to come up with qualified desk adjusters and in many cases had to accept what was available just to fill seats. Adjusters, especially newer adjusters were set up for failure because they hadn’t received training on how fast paced the environment is or what the expectations are. UDA has changed that by giving the adjusters the information they need to succeed and our insurance partners the right adjuster for the job at hand.

Available Services

Residential Desk Adjusters

UDA adjusters specialize in the handling of 1st Party Claims. We can usually be on-site within 48 to 72 hours from the time of deployment depending on weather and travel conditions.

Commercial Property Desk Adjusters

All Commercial and Large Loss Adjusters have a minimum of 5 years’ experience.

Automotive / Heavy Equipment / RV Desk Adjusters

Regardless the peril… wind, fire, hail, flood we have you covered.

Flood Loss Desk Adjusters

All flood adjusters are NFIP Certified to ensure proper handling of flood claims.

FasTrak Adjusting Services

UDA FasTrak adjusters are trained in policy interpretation, proficient in Xactimate, excellent negotiators and superior closers.

Permanent Placement Services

All UDA adjusters are eligible for permanent placement. There is a fee involved that can be discussed should you have a need.

*UDA adjusters are not just names on a roster. All have gone through a thorough vetting process. UDA collects and stores all background checks, state license, certifications and appointment documents that can be delivered to you upon your request.
