These are standards that are very important to us.  Each of our adjusters agrees to honor these standards and why we, as a team continue to grow. UDA is quickly becoming the number one choice for many carriers when they need additional adjusting staff.  We are accomplishing this by making it so easy for them to get exactly what they want in an adjuster or examiner.  Your information is gathered and stored in our searchable database.  When they have a need, simply let us know the features they are looking for which allows us to run queries based on the information you provide.  The more true information you provide, the more marketable you are.  This does not mean that we don’t have a place for lesser experienced adjusters.  Certain circumstance could put you to work as well.  Plus, through our training opportunities you can gain the education and in some cases the experience needed to get you placed.  All UDA adjusters are subject to reviews from the carriers you work for.  Over time this will translate into a Star Rating that could make you more valuable to a carrier.  The higher you’re rating, the more visible and sought after you will become.

UDA is for every desk adjuster regardless their experience level even if you have little to no experience.  We can help you gain the experience you need through our UDA Teamwork Program.

What does it take to be a UDA member?

  • Must be a team player
  • Ability to deploy to site within 48-72 hours of call
  • Ability to remain deployed for at least 90 days
  • Willingness to work 7 days per week 10-12 hours per day
  • Meet or exceed all of the carriers requirements
  • Ability to take direction and put it into practice
  • Qualify through the UDA vetting process
  • Provide all required documentation
  • Possess a hunger to succeed
  • Desire to learn and increase your skills
  • Ability to follow the carriers rules
  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude
  • Ability to provide the highest standard of customer service
  • Willingness to help others
